{"id":36,"date":"2011-01-10T12:44:19","date_gmt":"2011-01-10T12:44:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nova.xtreem.se\/?p=36"},"modified":"2011-01-10T12:44:19","modified_gmt":"2011-01-10T12:44:19","slug":"lasagna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.xtreem.se\/?p=36","title":{"rendered":"Lasagna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 box of Lasagna pasta.<br \/>\nYour cheese choose.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e9chamelsauce:<br \/>\n100 g butter<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl flour<br \/>\n\u00bdtsk muskut<br \/>\n1 liter milk<br \/>\nsalt och whitepeppar<\/p>\n<p>Meatsauce:<br \/>\n500g minced meat<br \/>\n2 yellow uninons<br \/>\n2 carrots<br \/>\n2 garlic clove&#8217;s<br \/>\n3dl of broth\/bouillon (1 dice of meat bouillon)<br \/>\n1msk Tomato pure<br \/>\n1can of Crushed tomatos<\/p>\n<p>Bechamelsauce:<\/p>\n<p>Heat up the milk in one pan, melt the butter and mix the melted butter with the flour and muskut.<br \/>\nAdd the butter and flour cream slowly, under intense starring.<br \/>\nAdd some salt and white peppar, let it boil atleast 5 min on low heat.<\/p>\n<p>Meatsause:<\/p>\n<p>Mince the union in small peaces, and dice or tear the carrots.<br \/>\nHeatup the union and carrots, untill its soft, add the minced meat.<br \/>\nWhen the mince start to look good, add pure, garlic, bouillon and crushed tomatos.<br \/>\nLet it simmer for awhile, dont let it get to dry&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Put the oven on 225c.<\/p>\n<p>Take a baking dish, and add everything in layers.<br \/>\nMeat &#8211; Pasta &#8211; Bechamel &#8211; Pasta -and so on&#8230; Finnish with bechamel and a layer of your cheese choose.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 box of Lasagna pasta.
